I grew up the greatest state in the Union– West Virginia!! I grew up slowly on the banks of the Greenbrier River. I remember those days with great affection. I like to say that it took God and my wife to get me out of West Virgina.

I spent many years in New Age and Buddhism before finding The Way. Jesus Christ has Changed my life!

I write poetry and essays and have an opinion on about everything! I also spend most of my days hanging out in the Urban communities of Raleigh carrying the Good News to at-risk kids, youth and adults.

I weighed 430 pounds a month ago. I way 405 right now and on my journey to 200!
